Description
Description
The shell of the Bontrager Verse Elite saddle is reinforced with carbon, which makes the saddle extra stiff, improving power transfer and control. A carbon-reinforced saddle shell is also less likely to sag than a nylon saddle, and will therefore last longer. The shell is covered with a thin yet comfortable padding, which is finished with an anti-slip cover to prevent too much shifting during cycling.
The rails of the Bontrager Verse Elite are made from Cromoly steel. Using this unique composite and design Bontrager has managed to make these rails lighter than titanium!
Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move a little as they ride and whose hips rock a little from side to side. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for these riders, while still offering sufficient freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.
Flexibility
This is an S-shaped saddle, meaning that it is raised at the back and lowered in the middle. This S-shape makes it possible for people with an inflexible spine to sit in a sporty cycling position. This has to do with pelvis rotation; people with an inflexible spine often have more trouble rotating their pelvis.
Cut-out
This saddle has a wide cut-out which alleviates pressure for those who often experience discomfort or pressure to their soft tissue areas.

Very good saddle
I have already immediately ridden 150 km in the Ardennes with the saddle and I really liked it. No pain points and comfortable.

Quality / price, quite acceptable
Well, good experience and sensations in the three outings I've done, I really liked the design in general and we'll see how it responds over time. For medium distance outings it's perfect

Very good site I recommend it
being able to test and return a saddle that doesn't fit is a big plus

Firm but not hard, non-slip cover and fine shape.
I tried several saddles but almost all of them were too hard for me (no seat bones). And each time I got sore from my sit bones after about 25 km of good cycling, even further into the spring and so after several rides. Thanks to the 30-day return guarantee, I tried this saddle and it is just right. At a seat bone width of 11.5, 155 was the right size for me. It's firm but not hard, Another plus was the cover: on this I don't slide forward slowly like with other saddles. The shape is also nice: not too thin tip and fine width of the seat area. This makes a big difference to the enjoyment of cycling (I don't have to change my seat after 25 km) and therefore to my speed, because I can stay in the right position for *much* longer.

very recommendable if you move a lot on the saddle
Very good saddle, even better than the cheaper Verse Comp. Many times lighter than this one, padding very similar.
